Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your NutraSweet Natural™ order for any reason, you are able to return it for a refund within thirty (30) days from the order date. All claims hereunder will be waived by Buyer with respect to such shipment unless written notice is given to Seller by Buyer which includes a statement as to the reason for a requested refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nutrasweetnatural.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The NutraSweet Natural™ Sweetener Product must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise return label. When returning please include any unused product, your order number or reference number on your packing slip, and a copy of your proof of purchase ( your transaction receipt) which shows details of your purchase, your name, billing address, and email address at which you may be contacted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
